With a Mialuis gift card, you offer the freedom to choose a unique, soft, and lightweight bag, perfect for every woman. Personalize the message with a special thought and gift an experience that goes beyond a simple purchase.

Once you've made your purchase, you can decide how to deliver the gift to the recipient. You have two options:

Immediate email delivery with the Gift Card code, showing the chosen amount.
Elegant gift box with a handwritten note by Mia, for a truly special touch.

In both cases, the gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be used in our online shop or directly in our boutique in Turin.

Product care

Like all natural materials, leather reacts to the atmosphere. Humidity rain and sunlight can damage leather.

Should a slight white coating appear on surface of leather, it can easily be removed using a dry cloth.

Should the leather get wet please absorb the water immediately with a dry cloth.

Overexposure to sunlight can stain or alter the color of the leather.

Craftsmanship

The leather doesn’t submit chemical and harmful treatments, it keeps its natural features which include also variations of color nuances in veining. These variations don’t constitute a leather defect instead make each bag unique just like its bearer.

Shipping

Free shipping in Italy on orders over €150. Free returns within 14 days.

Italy: Delivery within 24–48 business hours from dispatch (excluding public holidays).

European Union: Delivery within 48–72 business hours from dispatch.

Japan, USA, Australia and the rest of the world: Delivery within 4–6 business days with Economy Shipping.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (CET). Orders placed after 5:00 pm on Friday will be processed on the following Monday.

If you are unavailable when the courier attempts delivery, a new delivery will be scheduled. You will be notified using the contact details provided at checkout.

Your order confirmation email will include a tracking number, allowing you to track your shipment directly with the courier.

Please note: For shipments outside the European Union, any customs duties, import taxes, and local fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
